Conditional Ternary Operator

Here’s the challenge from lesson 8 on if/else statements. Take your solution to this problem and convert it to a conditional ternary operator!

The legal age to do most things in the US is 18. Declare a variable called `age` and assign it the value 16. Write an if/else statement where if someone is old enough, log to the console “You can vote!” and if they’re not old enough, log to the console, “You can’t vote yet.”
