Using function declaration, declare a function called `sayHello` that takes in a parameter `name` and logs to the console “Hello {name}!”.

Repeat the same function, but using a function expression. You can call the function `sayHello2`.

Repeat the same function again, but using an arrow function, calling it `sayHello3`.
