Scope- Global Scope

https://vimeo.com/547661820

As we learned previously, scope is the context in which our variables are declared. The reason we think about scope in relation to blocks is that variables can exist either within or outside blocks. Variables that are declared outside of blocks have global scope. Because global variables are not bound inside a block, they can be accessed by any code in the entire program, including code in blocks. In this video, we will take a look at global variables to see how global scope can make variables accessible from anywhere within a program.
